CHECK-OUT POLICY
The check-out time is 2 p.m. on weekdays. If you pick up your pet before that time, we do not charge for the day. The check-out time is noon on Saturdays.
We are closed for business on Sundays.

We recommend bringing your dog’s favorite bedding, toys, and enough food to last their entire stay. If your dog requires any medications, please provide clear instructions for administration.
Do you accept all dog breeds?
Yes, we accept all breeds as long as they are up-to-date on vaccinations and do not pose a danger to other dogs or staff.
Can I tour the facility before booking?
Absolutely! We encourage pet owners to schedule a visit to our facility to see where their dog will stay and meet our team.

Will my dog get exercise and playtime?
Yes! Dogs rotate in our 30×20 fenced yard for supervised playtime and exercise. We ensure every dog gets plenty of outdoor activity based on their energy levels and needs.
What are your vaccination requirements?
All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella. Proof of vaccination is required before your dog’s stay.
Do you provide updates on my dog during their stay?
Yes, we can provide updates via text or email, including photos or videos, so you can see how your dog is doing while you’re away.
